Apprenticeship Admissions 

We are currently updating our admission process for apprentice trades.  

From now on, instead of sending you individual offers a few months ahead, you can choose your own start date when you apply. Then you’ll be notified right away through email if you’ve secured a spot 

What’s changed? 

  • If you are applying to a program for January 2025 to May 2025 please fill out and return this application form. (email: apprenticeships@cnc.bc.ca or return to the Office of the Registrar in the main campus building) 
  • You will submit your application through Education Planner BC  for programs starting May 2025 or later.   (You will need to make an account only once and can reuse this log in for your future applications.)  
  • Going forward, new applications will cost $40.00 (the standard application fee at CNC).  
  • You can now select your training date preference by selecting the start date in the application! 
  • Our new email address! We now have an apprentice admissions email address: apprenticeships@cnc.bc.ca. Be sure to add to your safe senders list as our emails often show up in spam/junk folders. 

What is the same?

  • You will need to submit a new application for every level you apply to 
  • You can check out the Trades Training offerings at Porn研究所any time at Trades Training BC. 
  • You will still need to provide your  worker ID. Please visit SkilledTradesBC portal to ensure you’re active and to retrieve your ID.  

You need to be an active apprentice with SkilledTradesBC to be eligible for apprenticeship training
